Impact started out in 1999 as a team of four with a strict focus on office equipment. Now more than 17 years later, Impact is a fierce competitor in the Business Process Optimization space employing more than 350 people at its 12 Midwest locations.

Our One Source business model minimizes typical pains associated with multiple vendors. We design solutions leveraging a mixture of software and equipment with a strategic business plan that focuses on a long-term, on-going partnership. Our Account Managers and Consultants offer support to Directors and C-Level stakeholders to assess the role of information and document workflow in the enterprise. Utilizing our in-house expert teams, we implement strategic, cost-effective and streamlined solutions. Impact has won more than 11,000 clients, and we continue to grow at a steady rate of 27 percent year-over-year.
