Impact Eyes Even Greater Impact Specialization - Service Brings Expansion to Chicago

May 1, 2001

With digital imaging technology quickly overwhelming its analog predecessors, Impact Networking has positioned itself to take advantage of it. To better serve Chicagoland, the firm will unveil a new, downtown exclusively digital showroom at 55 W. Monroe on July 1st. A joint venture with the Kyrocera Mita Corporation, the 6,000 sq. ft. space will showcase color laser printers, black and white printers, network color copiers, wide format printers, black and white copiers, Lucent phone systems, full networking services and other state-of-the-art digital imaging products. The "try-before-you-buy salon/ lab will offer a hands-on simulation of a client's actual work place.

Knowledgeable one-source solutions to digital imaging needs. "Working in partnership with Kyrocera Mita, we're able to give our customers the very best," says CEO, Frank Cucco. "Unlike other distributors, we've a single manufacturer. This means the communication pipeline is direct and information more readily available. And, since our technicians are trained by Kyrocera Mita, we know what we're doing." Like Impact's corporate headquarters in Waukegan, the new loop location site will continue to provide its vital and much appreciated 24/ 7 service, minimizing response time to city destinations. 2 hours, guaranteed. (virtually, unheard of in the industry.) This means a shorter equipment "down" period.

The winning formula

Impact Networking is at the forefront of digital imaging technology, with a support strategy to accommodate it. In only 18 months, they've become the midwest's largest Kyrocera Mita dealer. 2000 saw the company enjoy sales of over $2,000,000. In 2001, they project $5,000,000, and in five years, $25,000,000. Their meteoric rise reflects understanding two basic elements of success. Specialization: They sell, exclusively, Kyrocera Mita digital products. Quality Service: In support of clients, they outwork the competition. Impact Networking's philosophy has always been, and now in Chicago will remain, "Keep it simple, but just do it better than anyone else."
