Impact Selects First Winner of New Monthly Drawing for Net Promoter Score® Survey Takers

Impact would like to congratulate Steve Kuras for winning a $100 Visa gift card in our Net Promoter Score® (NPS) survey drawing for June 2018. 

This is a new program implemented by the Impact Service Department to gather valuable insights and feedback from Impact clients who recently received service on their digital office equipment from an Impact service technician.

What is Net Promoter Score?

The Net Promoter Score®, or NPS®, measures customer experience and predicts business growth. Customers are sent a survey that asks them to evaluate their overall service experience, including how likely they are to recommend Impact to a friend or colleague using a rating scale of 1-10. 

Impact’s NPS Program

Impact implemented an NPS program to effectively gather feedback and act as a benchmark metric to compare our level of service to other businesses. An NPS survey is sent to all Impact clients following the completion of a service call. This simple, seven-question survey provides Impact with valuable feedback about the overall service experience, and gives clients the chance to provide feedback for potential improvement. All of those who take the survey are entered into a monthly drawing for a $100 Visa gift card. A winner will be selected at random and announced the first week of every month.
