The Team

Impact Networking is a young and innovative company. Every Impact office is filled with vibrant, hard-working, goal-oriented, unique individuals that create an energetic workplace that people love coming to every day.

All of our promotions are done from within based on performance, not tenure. Impact has a clear and consistent path to career development that gives every employee an equal opportunity to advance. Employees are supported by the most thorough ongoing training, mentorship and resources in the industry. The majority of our branch managers began as entry-level sales reps and worked through the ranks. Promotion from within has maintained employee retention at nearly 100 percent in our senior level positions. Our significant 27% year over year growth creates advancement opportunities for employees, and the outlook is positive for even greater growth in the coming years.

Impact is on track to double our current annual revenue and become a $100 million company by the end of 2017 by providing leading-edge strategy, design, support and technology for business automation.

The Impact Vision for Success

  • To provide value to our clients and opportunities for our employees
  • To educate our staff to better serve and exceed expectations
  • To offer superior 24/7 support to win customer loyalty
  • To lead, not follow

Giving Back

Letters to Santa
We have been involved with Letters to Santa since 2005, and eventually adopted the entire school in 2009. Donations from employees support the Chicago Public School, Pickard Elementary, during the holiday season. During a three-month span, employees use contributions to buy a personalized ‘want’ and ‘need’ gift for each student. A committee of volunteers’ sort and wrap all the gifts in the company warehouse before they are shipped off to the school. Employees volunteer to dress up as Santa and his elves and travel to the school to hand out the gifts and supply a school-wide pizza party.
