In the event that an issue is not able to be resolved remotely, we will immediately dispatch one of our qualified Field Network Engineers to your location to respond to your service request. The Field Network Engineer is guaranteed to arrive at your location within 3 hours of the time the service request was placed. Our Field Network Engineers place high priority on technical knowledge and competencies with all of our Managed IT services.
